For health care The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics provides one of the best healthcare facilities in the nation and take spot number 2 for top employers in Iowa City. That makes for a very diverse cultural environment in Iowa City and the thing I like most about it. I don’t think there are any countries NOT represented in Iowa City.
