Home Sales were flat in North Liberty in September. 33 Homes sold in North Liberty in September 2012 compared to 34 in September 2011. Iowa City was the only area that I cover that saw a gain in home sales in September.

The absorption rate in North Liberty is at 3.8 months, that’s an average of 117 days on market. That’s still very low, although up just a little from last month. There’s more good news with the average and median price of homes in North Liberty up in September.
