The Iowa Association of Realtors released its Housing Trends Report for December this week. It shows home sales in Iowa are up by 9.3%m in December 2010 compared to December 2009.
The average sale price in Iowa in December 2010 dropped 4.6% compared to December 2009.
The average days on market was 118 days, up 10 days from the same time frame in 2009.
