There are SO many buyers out and about right now looking to make use of the tax credit, it makes perfect sense to take advantage of that… Need more convincing? On Monday when I did my regular weekly market report there were 96 homes under offer in Iowa City. Today there are 101… And I’m sure if you check back next week for my real estate market reports, you’ll find that more homes are going under offer every day… In short, if you’re ready to sell your home, now is definitely the time!
