This month I put together a bunch of posts on my Cardinal Realty site looking at the Iowa City area real estate market for the year.
Typically I post most of my market reports on this site, but as I do more to promote the Cardinal Realty company image I’ve started posting more on the other site too. This is important since when I list your home for sale and put a sign in the yard, it’s Cardinal Realty that jumps out at buyers and that’s what they Google when they get home. (Or maybe they do that right there from their cell phones as my sites do get a lot of mobile traffic).
